Some products are shipped directly from the actual manufacturer and therefore shipping information may need to be given to them in order to fulfill the order. Many of our products are personalized and require custom printing. Therefore, any personalized products, once delivered, cannot be returned. However, if you discover a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@shoppersonallyyours.com . Unfortunately, sometimes an error may occur because a customer inaccurately entered information into our shopping cart. In that case, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of the item being personalized. However, many times we can try to resolve the issue by offering to reprint the item at a discounted price. Please contact us to discuss options. If the error was the fault of Personally Yours or the manufacturer, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
